		April/May 1) Lower lawn mower to 1 1/2" and cut entire lawn catching the clippings. 2) Vigorously rake lawn with leaf rake and remove excess debris. 3) Apply Greenview Green Power or Crabacide Green to prevent crabgrass this year.
		May/June 1) Apply Greenview Green Power or 2-Way Green Power for weeds.
		June/July 1) Apply insect control to protect against damage.
		July/August 1) Apply Greenview Green Power or Green Power with Insect Control to prevent insect damage. 2) Apply Merit for the most effective Grub Control.
		September 1) Extra Application, Apply Greenview Green Power or 2-Way Green Power if weeds are a problem.
		October/November 1) Apply Greenview Winter Green. This high phosphorous, pot ash and low nitrogen formula will feed the grass through the winter. 2) Continue mowing and watering your lawn through November.
		LAWN FACTS • The most effective time to control grubs and lawn insects are June through August. • Do not use a crabacide or weed killer on new seeding. • Water your lawn early in the morning. • Do not water after 7:00 PM. • Mow your lawn at 2.5 to 3" • Weed killers only work when the weeds are actively growing. • Crabgrass is an annual grassy weed that dies each winter, not visible in early spring.
